The city took an aggressive approach toward the redevelopment of the Northwood / Pleasant City Community by adopting a five-year Strategic Finance Plan in 2005, laying the foundation for redevelopment for years to come. The plan includes development policies, marketing initiatives and incentive programs to support and attract private development investment for the district.
