Bordering a highly accessible residential area, Industrial Park was a logical target for redevelopment. By smoothing the transition from industrial to residential along Windsor Avenue, the center of activity, the CRA is investing $1.6 million to make the community more visually pleasing and much safer. The streetscape improvement includes new sidewalks, landscapes and lighting. One of the recent impressive transformations is "The Toy Store," which looks residential on the exterior but is industrial feel on the interior.
