Likened to New York’s Soho area, Northwood Village is the CRA’s only true business district and “town center.” The area has become a popular destination with eclectic, one-of-a-kind businesses, shops, cafes and restaurants. The monthly Art and Wine Promenade draws thousands of local residents and visitors looking for a diverse experience.

Two of the main streets through the Village went through a $3.4 million streetscape improvement project including expanding the sidewalk for cafe dining, landscaping, lighting fixtures and benches.
